I once saw a diagram like this in Stephen Covey's 7 Habits of a Highly Effective People and it always stuck with me. Many of us feel overwhelmed by complex and wide-reaching systemic issues. Any issue feels too big to solve or make a dent in. For example, over 40 million people are still enslaved worldwide.

With slavery, I'm not called to go bust people out. But we are called to be generous and invite others to be generous as well. Our tasks have been to research trustworthy organizations and give them a small portion of our time, energy, and money. We want to support a couple of organizations that are doing really great work to free and empower others outside of our local community.
I believe when the masses invest into freedom, then darkness is exposed and light invades. Our dollar is often our weapon. There are fighters/soldiers out there who have ventured into the pit. They need someone (us), to hold the ropes and refresh them with food, water, and supplies.
If we could experience the darkest corners of the world, we'd give our lives to Love those who are caught in the snare of those who are fueled by greed and numbed by dehumanizing trauma.
Please, for your sake, to taste the sweet nectar of co-liberation, invest into fighters on the front-lines who are protecting and caring for those who have experienced deep trauma.
Many of you are probably well aware of The Starfish Story. It's symbolic to the impact we can have when we focus our attention on a singular soul. We have made some consistent investments into organizations and causes that care about the singular soul. We will share some of these organizations on the sub-pages. Some of them are through pure donation, others are through investing into economic freedom systems, conscious human-centered products who are paid a fair wage for their work.

We invite you into making small steps forward to care for the soul on the other part of the state, country, and world who tastes a little more freedom for them and their families because you chose to love them through your investment.
