Paul had much more mentally prepared when distilling thoughts into these 8 dimensions. If you're like me, it'll take me some time to hone in. This is a good process for me and I invite you to think about these as well.

Many more "dimensions" exist than 8 in our life. We are using this to simplify and organize themes of our life. Each page of the "self" will revolve around how us and God work on and prioritize our feelings of growth or atrophy in each area.

To be clear, integrating these dimensions into habits has taken a lot of work and I come up short daily. I try to put first things first, loving God, my family, friends, and those I'm called to serve. Beyond that, I graciously attempt to integrate these intentions into daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly rhythms.  I try to love my efforts and accept my shortcomings.  This is a life-long process.

I welcome any encouragement or constructive feedback in living authentically and humbly with these intentions in mind.
